Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

• FedEx Ground: Approximately 1–5 business days for delivery.
• Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Pre-sale items: Orders containing pre-sale items will be processed within 1–2 business days after the product is in stock.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility & Timing

You may return eligible items in new, unused, and resealable condition within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to inspection and final approval at our discretion.

Restocking Fee

For returns not due to quality issues, a reasonable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking costs. Items damaged through normal wear and tear or marked as "final sale" are non-returnable.

Proof of Purchase

To initiate a return or exchange, provide one of the following:

• Order number
• Photos of the product (showing the Yzona logo and product label)
• Email address used at checkout
• Transaction ID (for credit card/PayPal purchases)

Return Authorization (RA)

• Upon approval, we will send a return label and address.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the label. Returns without an RA or received after 14 days will be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Items damaged through normal use after delivery

Shipping the Return

• You may use a carrier of your choice, but please confirm the return address with our customer service team.
• Provide a valid tracking number for your return. Unauthorized returns or items sent to the wrong address will be refused.

Pre-Shipment Cancellation

Orders may be modified or canceled before shipping at no charge. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Process

• Refunds without return: Processed within 3 business days if no return is required.
• Refunds with return: Processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank account). Note: Some banks may take 5–7 business days to reflect the refund, or it may appear on your next statement.
